How do I know what size to order?
For collars, measure the neck with a tape measure and ensure it fits comfortably (not too tight) around their neck.
For caps, we recommend checking out our Size Guide. Due to their structured design, our caps fit certain breeds better than others. Dogs with long, floppy ears such as Cocker Spaniels fit into our caps better than dogs with short, pointy ears such as Pugs and Frenchies.

How long until my order arrives?
All orders are dispatched from Sydney within two business days.
Standard AUS postage takes between 2-9 working days depending on your State or Territory.
Express AUS postage and International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
How many charms can I fit?
A collar can hold up to 7 charms, with all 7 included in the price however dogs with very small necks wearing size S collars may be better suited to 5 charms max to ensure a proper fit.
A lead includes up to 12 charms but can generally fit up to 30 along the entire strap.
Extra Charm Packs are available to purchase for those who want longer sayings or to mix and match your styles.
Do charms come in different sizes?
Our charms come in two different sizes. Regular charms fit small and medium collars. Large charms fit large collars and all leads.
If you’re building a collar or lead, we size the charms to match automatically.
When purchasing an extra Charm Pack, please make sure to check which size you are ordering.
Can I put something other than a name on it?
Yes! Our collars hold up to 7 charms making them ideal for shorter names or nicknames. Our leads can generally hold up to 30 charms so you can write a funny saying, something to match your dog's personality or something extra cheeky - we love to see your funny ideas!
How do I wash everything?
Cold hand wash and air dry only.
No machine, no dryer.
Will the charms come off?
They’re threaded onto the strap to stay put through normal wear, walks and rain.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
International shipping options will be coming soon.
Can I get a matching collar and lead?
Yes. Build a collar and a lead and add both to your bag. They don’t have to match either, each one can have its own name and colours.
Spend $130 or more and standard shipping within Australia is free.
Can I buy charms on their own?
Yes. Extra Charm packs are available to purchase.
Buy five for $15 or ten for $25, any mix of letters and shapes. Each pack comes in a single colour so if you want multiple colours you must purchase multiple packs.
