Shipping

All orders will be shipped within two business days.

Once shipped, AUS standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your State or Territory.

Express delivery will be estimated at checkout.

We currently offer domestic shipping Australia-wide and International shipping to New Zealand.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, our Change of Mind returns policy is seperate from our Faulty Returns policy.

We accept unused and unworn items returned within 14 days of delivery however return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If the returned items have been used we have the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

Please contact us to discuss a Change of Mind return.

Faults

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. We may also ask for photographs of the item.

Once we have assessed the issue we will contact you with the next steps. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover return postage on faults. We will also provide a replacement or a refund depending on circumstances. This applies alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged by misuse, incorrect use, normal wear and tear, chewing etc. Please ensure that your dog is supervised at all times while wearing our accessories.
